Oh, the pain

I got my haircut today. It was supposed to be at 3 p.m., but at 12:00 p.m. it was moved to 12:45 p.m. I had to rush to clean and be out the door. As I was getting ready to go out, I noticed it was raining. I head back inside and grab my coat. As I put the coat on, my arms outstretched above/behind me trying to get the damn thing on, I unexpectedly coughed quite violently. Holy fuck did I pull a muscle in my chest with that one. The pain is phenomenal.

TL;DR

I pulled a muscle in my chest today. It hurts.
